Molovi Software, LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates http://www.molovi.com (the "Site") and all versions of Checkbook Pro and Checkbook Pro Trial. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site and apps.
We collect and use location and device information solely for the purposes of app usage analytics, app error reporting, and (in the case of Checkbook Pro Trial) trial period determination.

Any and all information entered into the apps including, but not limited to, banking information and transactions, are stored on your individual device and are never transmitted to any server or cloud except in any case where you choose to do so by backing up to your own DropBox account or DropBox DataStore account for cross-device synchronization.
